Note: This song is sung in the praise of a one of the most famous and renowned Sufi Saint of the
Chisti Order, 'Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar'. He preached religious tolerance among Muslims and
Hindus. His mysticism attracted people from all religions. He was called Laal(red) after his usual red
attire, Shahbaz due to his noble and divine spirit, and Qalandar for his Sufi affiliation.
Qalandars/Kalandar are wandering ascetic Sufi saints. Qalandar is also a title given to a unmarried
saint who is at a very high level of spirituality. Qalandars are considered chosen saints of God Almighty.
They are different from other saints and they have very strong feelings of love in them. Qalandars,
amongst the saints, are those persons who enjoy freedom from the ties and bounds of time and space.
Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar is sometimes fondly referred to by his lovers as Jhoolelaal. His shrine
(resting place) known as Sehwan Sharif is in Sehwan, a city located in Jamshoro District in the Sindh
province of Pakistan. There is also mention of Ali in this song. Ali was the cousin and son-in-law of
Prophet Mohammed. He is believed to be the first male to convert to Islam and is the first Imaam or the
spiritual leader of Islam.
Ho… Laal Meri Pat Rakhiyo Bhala Jhoole Laalan

Allah has 100s name, and if anyone refer Allah by his by "Allah" or "Khuda" only. I am sure here Ali(r.a) the son in law of prophet(s.a.w.w) refered to Ali. Because in this only "Ali" is used and some were with "maula" word.

After completing his last pilgrimage (Hajjatul-Wada'), Prophet [s] was leaving Makkah toward Madinah, where he and the crowd of people reached a place called Ghadir Khumm (which is close to today's al-Juhfah). Here the Prophet (pbuh) made the clear designation of 'Ali as the leader of the Muslim ummah. The Prophet [s] held up the hand of 'Ali and said: "For whoever I am his Leader (mawla), 'Ali is his Leader (mawla)." [In some narrations the word used was wali rather than mawla - with the same implication] The Prophet [s] continued: "O' God, love those who love him, and be hostile to those who are hostile to him." These were the key parts of the speech of the Prophet [s]. There are also more detailed versions of this sermon which are recorded by many Sunni authorities.

ALI is one of the names of Allah Almighty .....I m pretty sure Ali in dis song refers to Allah and not Ali (ra) da cuzn of prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
