  Hey @Ghazal, we have tried to explain the meaning of Galliyan in the song, but let us make one more attempt. Gali literally translates to a lane/street and Galliyan is a plural form of it that means lanes/streets. So 'Teri Galliyan' literally means 'Your lanes' or 'The lanes in which You reside'. The singer throughout the song is saying that he is fond of(and is haunted by) the lanes in which his beloved lives.
